Getting Started - For New Customers

Welcome to Computer Springs. We are glad to have you and are committed to providing reliable web hosting with 24/7 customer support. Please go through the following documentation before using the services provided to you by computersprings.com.

We assume that you have purchased a hosting plan and have received our welcome email with hosting logins and DNS information.

If you have not received the welcome email within 3 hrs of signing up please contact our support immediately.

ACCESSING SITE CONTROL PANEL  ( cPanel )

Make sure that your updated domain DNS and propagated as per Step 1 before proceeding further.
You can access your domain Cpanel using the following different URL’s

http://www.yoursite.com/cpanel
http://www.yoursite.com:2082
https://www.yoursite.com:2083

You will be asked to enter your username and password which you can find in your welcome email under the “ACCESSING YOUR SERVER” section.

Note: Replace yoursite.com with your actual domain name.

Once you log in to the control panel you can create email accounts, sub-domains and MySql Databases etc.
