ACCESSING SITE CONTROL PANEL  ( cPanel )

Make sure that your updated domain DNS and propagated as per Step 1 before proceeding further.
You can access your domain Cpanel using the following different URL’s

http://www.yoursite.com/cpanel
http://www.yoursite.com:2082
https://www.yoursite.com:2083

You will be asked to enter your username and password which you can find in your welcome email under the “ACCESSING YOUR SERVER” section.

Note: Replace yoursite.com with your actual domain name.

Once you log in to the control panel you can create email accounts, sub-domains and MySql Databases etc.

Your invoice is generated 30 days before the renewal date and is due on the date of renewal. Once the invoice is generated an email is sent to your email address in records with us. Subsequently, another email reminding you to make your payment is sent a day before the invoice is due.

If the invoice is not paid on the due date, it becomes overdue. Once an invoice is overdue a late fee of 10% on the amount of the invoice is charged on the invoice with a minimum of $5.

If your invoice is not paid 5 days past the due date, your account and services are automatically suspended. Further, if the invoice remains unpaid 20 days past the due date, your services are terminated.

At any moment, paying your invoice automatically unsuspends your account.
